We then draw up a list of potential candidates according to the specific criteria agreed with our clients. Interviews
We conduct a high-quality first interview with all suitable candidates to ascertain their specialities, profiles and willingness to change jobs. On request, we also provide tailored consulting solutions in the areas of leadership assessment and management audit, including thorough interviews.

Short List & Application Process
Following our interviews with candidates, we draw up a short list of the most suitable. We then present the list to our clients and provide our insights from the interviews. The next steps are to closely accompany our clients and selected candidates during the selection process.
